摘  要:将沿空留巷工艺与充填开采工艺相结合,能够实现无煤柱开采资源最大化回收、地表均匀移动变形控制。为了提高固体充填开采工作面沿充留巷作业效率,减轻劳动作业强度,提出一种沿固体充填工作面后方充填体边缘留巷的机械化方法。研究了机械式挡矸架模、模块化循环前移的护顶留巷工艺方法,并研制了机械化沿充留巷装备,包括高低可调挡矸液压模板、轨道式随架前移平台、关节式液压机械手装置。采用ADAMS进行机械手运动仿真,得到机械手末端点运动的位移和速度曲线,证明其结构参数设计的合理性。采用ANSYS对挡矸模板结构抗压能力,结果显示1MPa载荷下,整体结构变形较小,具有一定抗压能力。仿真结果可为后续研究提供参考借鉴。The combination of gob-side entry retaining and backfill mining can maximize coal recovery in non-pillar mining with uniform surface movement and deformation.In order to improve the working efficiency and reduce the working intensity of solid backfill mining face,a mechanized method of entry retaining along the backfill body edge in solid filling working face is proposed.The process of mechanical gangue retaining rack mold and modular circulating forward moving is studied,and mechanized road-filling and retaining equipment are developed,including height-adjustable gangue retaining hydraulic formwork,rail-type moving platform and joint-type hydraulic manipulator.ADAMS is used to simulate the motion of the manipulator,and the displacement and velocity curves of its end point are obtained,which proves the rationality of the structure parameter.ANSYS is used to analyze the compressive capacity of the gangue retaining hydraulic formwork.The results show that,the overall structure has small deformation and a certain compressive capacity under the load of 1 MPa.
