摘 要:基于2019年浙江省初中教育质量监测数据,通过多水平模型分析城乡初中学生学业成绩的影响因素。结果发现:学业成绩与学校社会经济地位、学习动力、网络依赖、主观负担感的相关性最高,分别达到了0.41、0.39、0.32和0.30;班级数、教师职称、最高荣誉、自主学习习惯、学习日作业时间对不同类别学校具有不同影响。需要研究学校层面及学生层面的变量,从立体化的角度提升城乡初中学校的教育质量。Based on the monitoring data of junior high school education quality in Zhejiang Province in 2019,this study analyzes the influencing factors of academic performance of urban and rural junior high school students through multi-level model.The results showed that the correlations between academic performance and school socio-economic status,learning motivation,network dependence are highest,which reaches 0.41,0.39,0.32 and 0.30 respectively.The number of classes,the title of teachers,the highest honor,the habit of autonomous learning and the working time of study day had different effects on different types of schools.To improve the education quality of urban and rural schools,we need to study not only school level variables,but also student level variables.
