摘　　要：质量管理体系内部审核员对于企业质量管理体系能够得以充分、适宜、有效的运行,起着较为重要的作用。通过对白酒企业内审员的管理与培养的现状、存在的问题与不足进行深入分析,提出了具有针对性和实用性的内审员管理与创新培养模式。The internal auditors of the quality management system plays an important role in the sufficient,appropriate and effective operation of the enterprise quality management system.Through the in-depth analysis of the current situation,existing problems and deficiencies of the management and training of internal auditors in Baijiu enterprises,this paper proposes a targeted and practical internal auditors management and innovation training model.
