摘 要:试验筛选霸王、白沙蒿和无芒隐子草三种超旱生植物,通过室内盆栽试验,研究微生物矿化覆膜与植物联合固沙效果,分析了菌液浓度和胶结液浓度对植物出苗率的影响,测定了矿化覆膜的保水性指标。结果显示:当采用巴氏芽孢杆菌作为矿化菌种,菌液浓度OD_(600)值为0.8,胶结液浓度为0.1 mol/L时,矿化覆膜对风沙土颗粒的矿化加固效果最优,霸王和白沙蒿在风沙土的联合加固中表现较好,出苗率在40%以上。矿化覆膜还具有良好的保水性,两次矿化覆膜的土体含水量比单次覆膜和未覆膜的分别高1.7%和4%左右。The purpose of this study is to verify the fixation effect of MICP(Microbial induced calcite precipitation)combined with super xerophytes on desert aeolian sand particles,considering that the current MICP technology can be used to mineralize and coat desert aeolian sand particles in-situ.Three kinds of super xerophytes,Zygophyllum xanthoxylum,Artemisia sphaerocephala and Cleistengenes songorica were screened,and the sand-fixation effect of microbial mineralized film mulching in combination with planting of the xerophytes was studied through indoor pot experiments.The influence of concentration of bacteria and cementing solution on seedling emergence rate was analyzed,and the water retention index of mineralized film mulching was measured.The results show that when Sporosarcina pasteurii is used as the mineralizing bacteria,the concentration of OD600 of bacterial solution is 0.8,and the concentration of cementing solution is 0.1 mol/L,the mineralization and fixation effect of the mineralized film coating on aeolian sand particles is the best.In addition,microbial mineralization mulching with Zygophyllum xanthoxylum and Artemisia sphaerocephala show better fixation performances,with seedling emergence rate being of more than 40%.Mineralized film mulching also has good water retention,the soil water content of twice mineralized film mulching is 1.7%and 4%higher than that of single film mulching and no film mulching respectively.It is feasible to use microbial mineralized film mulching technique combined with super xerophytes for wind prevention and sand fixation.The results of this study can provide theoretical and experimental basis for field application and promotion of this method in deserts.
