摘 要:目的探讨超声参数与卵巢癌病灶组织增殖、侵袭及血管生成基因的关系。方法回顾性分析行手术治疗的132例卵巢肿瘤的患者资料,根据病理结果分为卵巢癌组与良性肿瘤组。两组术前均行超声造影,测定其达峰时间(TTP)、增强强度(EI)。术后收集病灶,测定细胞增殖、侵袭与血管生成分子蛋白含量。结果卵巢良性肿瘤组EI为(72.35±9.12)dB、TTP为(29.91±4.30)s,卵巢癌组分别为(89.23±11.29)dB、(22.12±3.82)s;卵巢癌组EI高于良性肿瘤组,TTP低于良性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组FUNDC1、CyclinD1含量高于卵巢良性肿瘤组,P27kin1、ELF5含量低于卵巢良性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组FN14含量低于卵巢良性肿瘤组,E-cadherin、ZEB1、IGFBP2含量高于卵巢良性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组NFATc1、VEGFR1、CGB5含量高于卵巢良性肿瘤组,TNFSF15、Fibulin-5含量低于卵巢良性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析结果显示,FUNDC1、CyclinD1、E-cadherin、ZEB1、IGFBP2、NFATc1、VEGFR1、CGB5与EI呈正相关,与TTP呈负相关;P27kin1、ELF5、FN14、TNFSF15、Fibulin-5与EI呈负相关,与TTP呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论超声造影参数可反映卵巢癌病灶组织中细胞浸润生长活力与血管新生程度。Objective To investigate the relationship of ultrasound parameters with the proliferation,invasion and angiogenesis gene expressions in ovarian cancer cells.Methods The clinical data of 132 patients with ovarian caner underwent surgery were retrospectively analyzed,and patients were divided into 2 groups by postoperative pathological results,ovarian cancer group and benign ovarian tumor group.All the selected patients received ultrasound examinations,and the parameters including time to peak(TTP)and enhanced intensity(EI)were recorded,then the cell proliferation ability,invasion ability,and the expression levels of angiogenesis related proteins were detected in ovarian cancer group.Results The EI and TTP were(72.35±9.12)dB and(29.91±4.30)s in benign ovarian tumor group,and were(89.23±11.29)dB and(22.12±3.82)s in ovarian cancer group,indicating that ovarian caner group had significantly higher EI and shorter TTP than those of benign ovarian tumor group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The levels of FUNDC1 and CyclinD1 in ovarian cancer group were higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group,and the levels of P27kin1 and ELF5 were lower than those in benign ovarian tumor group(P<0.05).The levels of FN14 in ovarian cancer group were lower than those in benign ovarian tumor group,and the levels of E-cadherin,ZEB1 and IGFBP2 were higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group(P<0.05).The contents of NFATc1,VEGFR1 and CGB5 were higher in ovarian cancer group than in benign ovarian tumor group,and the contents of TNFSF15 and Fibulin-5 were lower than in benign ovarian tumor group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that FUNDC1,CyclinD1,E-cadherin,ZEB1,IGFBP2,NGATc1,VEGFR1 and CGB5 were positively correlated with EI,and negatively correlated with TTP;meantime,P27kin1,ELF5,FN14,TNFSF15 and Fibulin-5 were negatively correlated with EI and positively correlated with TTP(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound parameters can reflect the activity of cell infiltration and growth and the degree of angiogenesis in ovari
