摘　　要：原始神经外胚叶肿瘤是一种罕见的高度恶性神经系统肿瘤,好发于躯干及四肢,发生于女性生殖系统的病例少见。现报道南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院妇科2021年11月8日收治的1例卵巢原始神经外胚叶肿瘤病例,该患者主诉盆腔包块,住院手术,经病理确诊高度恶性神经系统肿瘤,术后病情进展迅速,生存时间为5个月。现回顾性分析该病例特点,以进一步帮助临床医师提高对该疾病的认识。Primitive neuroectodermal tumor is a rare and highly malignant tumor of the nervous system,usually occurring in the trunk and limbs,and rarely occurring in the female reproductive system.This paper reports a case of ovarian primitive neuroectodermal tumor treated in the Department of Gynecology of Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group on November 8,2021.The patient complained of pelvic mass and was hospitalized for surgery.The patient was diagnosed as a highly malignant nervous system tumor by pathology.The postoperative condition progressed rapidly and the survival time was 5 months.The characteristics of this case are analyzed retrospectively in order to further help clinicians improve their understanding of the disease.
