摘  要:为解决深中通道隧道现浇暗埋段大体积混凝土裂缝问题,从材料到施工工艺方面展开抗裂技术应用研究,材料方面通过严控原材料及优选混凝土配合比,施工工艺方面采用半断面浇筑方式施工降低外约束,并辅以混凝土入模温度控制、铺设冷却循环水管及加强表面保温保湿养护等措施,在此基础上制定控裂技术方案,较好地解决现浇暗埋段大体积混凝土裂缝问题。并在实体监测数据的基础上提出了水化热调控材料的配套应用技术,进一步确保了混凝土的抗裂性能要求,为同类工程提供思路。In order to solve the problem of mass concrete cracks in the cast-in-situ buried section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link tunnel, the application research of anti-cracking technology is carried out from the aspects of materials to construction technology. In terms of materials, strict control of raw materials and optimization of concrete mix ratio are adopted, and half-section pouring method is adopted in construction technology. The construction reduces external constraints, and is supplemented by measures such as temperature control of concrete entering the mold, laying cooling circulating water pipes,and strengthening surface heat preservation, moisture conservation and maintenance. On the basis, anti-cracking technology scheme is formulated to better the crack problem of mass concrete in the cast-in-place buried section. Based on the actual monitoring data, the supporting application technology of hydration heat control materials is proposed, which further ensures the anti-cracking requirements of concrete and provides ideas for similar projects.
