摘  要:随着中国经济发展格局和大学生就业创业环境的变化,大学生勤工助学的薪金动机逐步弱化,学业及就业创业能力发展的勤工助学动因逐渐突出。通过对重庆市大学生勤工助学的时间控制、行为内容、价值取向、制度规范等内容进行问卷调研,并对比全国大学生勤工助学的相关资料,结果发现,大学生勤工助学存在社会失范现象和潜在风险,有损于大学生就业创业发展的需要,函需教育治理。结合大学生及教育工作者、勤工助学岗位负责人的访谈分析,提出纠偏大学生行为失范、维护大学生学业发展、更新勤工助学制度的教育治理建议,以助力大学生就业创业能力建设。With the changes of China's economic development pattern and the employment and entrepreneurship environment of college students,the motivation of work study focused on the development of College Students'academic,employment and entrepreneurial ability is becoming more and more prominent.It is necessary to investigate the situation of College Students'part-time job,find and analyze new phenomena and problems.This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the time control,behavior content,value orientation and system norms of College Students'part-time job in Chongqing.Compared with the relevant data of College Students'part-time job,it is found that college students'part-time job has social anomie and potential risks,It is detrimental to the needs of employment and entrepreneurship development,which urgently needs education and governance.According to the interview and analysis of college students,educators and persons in charge of work study,this paper puts forward some educational governance suggestions on correcting college students'Behavior Anomie,maintaining college students'academic development and updating the methods of work study,it is expected to contribute to the construction of College Students'employment and entrepreneurship ability.
