西北地区设施反季节香菇栽培技术

摘　　要：华池县引进种植香菇技术相对较晚,经过连续3年在王咀子乡银屏村的日光温室和山庄乡尚湾村的钢架大棚的试验示范种植,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,探索总结出了适合华池县香菇产业发展的成功经验和种植技术,包括品种选择、栽培设施与季节、菌棒制作、出菇管理等关键环节,以供条件相近的地区借鉴。The introduction of Lentinus edodes planting technology in Huachi county was relatively late,after three consecutive years of experiment and demonstration planting in the solar greenhouse of Yinping village in Wangzuizi town and the steel frame greenhouse of Shangwan village in Shanxiang town,good economics and social benefits had been achieved,and successful experience and planting technology suitable for the industry development of Lentinus edodes in Huachi county were explored and summarized including key technologies of of cultivar selection,cultivation facilities and seasons,fungus stick production,mushroom production management and so on,so as to provide reference for regions with similar conditions.
