摘  要:针对某轮式挖掘机液压行走制动的异响问题,建立了液压行走系统的理论模型,并基于AMESim分析了行走系统的制动冲击特性。分析结果表明,在行走制动阶段,高压油回路被突然中断,马达吸空,产生液压冲击,致使行走马达压力剧烈震荡,造成异响。提出增加一个行驶中位补油阀与行走马达并联的解决方案,在丢油刹车时,该中位补油阀与行走马达进回油接通,可实现内部补油,缓减行走马达液压冲击。基于上述分析,开展了实车实验,验证了分析模型的准确性,且通过增加中位补油阀,行走系统制动异响有效解决。Aiming at the abnormal noise of hydraulic traction brake of a wheeled excavator,theoretical model of the hydraulic walking system was established,and the braking characteristics of the walking system were analyzed by AMESim.The analysis results show that the high pressure oil loop is suddenly interrupted during the braking stage,and the motor inhales empty,thus generating hydraulic shock,which causes the pressure vibrating of the traveling motor to further cause the abnormal noise.A solu⁃tion is put forward to add a compensation valve as the middle filling valve.When braking,the compensation valve could compen⁃sate the oil by connecting with the outlet and inlet of the walking motor,further to alleviate the hydraulic impact of the walking motor.Based on the above analysis,insitu experiments were carried out to verify the accuracy of the analytical model and the so⁃lution to the brake noise.
