黑龙江地方高校对接区域经济高质量发展研究

摘　　要：“十四五”期间,地方高校对接区域经济发展中培养高质量人才尤为重要。在对黑龙江省地方高校现状调研基础上,构建了黑龙江省区域经济与地方高校教育复合系统模型,并依据2010-2019年统计数据,运用CRITIC法计算各序参量指标权重,最后进行归一化(MMS)处理,进一步对耦合协调度进行分析,结果显示协调度即对接效果存在波动。为此,从担当服务黑龙江高质量发展责任、双螺旋下完善对接系统、着力激发对接内生动力等方面进行了探讨,希冀为黑龙江地方高校对接区域经济高质量发展提供参考。During the 14 th five-year plan period, it is particularly important for local colleges and universities to carry out high-quality talent training in regional economic development. Based on the investigating the current situation of local colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, this paper constructs a composite system model of regional economy and local college education in Heilongjiang Province. Based on the statistical data from 2010 to 2019, the critical method is used to calculate the index weight of each order parameter. MMS processing is carried out to further analyze the coupling coordination degree. The results show that the coordination degree which is the docking effect that fluctuates. Therefore, this paper discusses the responsibility of serving the high-quality development of Heilongjiang, perfecting the docking system under the double helix, and focusing on stimulating the endogenous power of docking. Hope to provide reference for the high-quality development of local colleges and universities of connecting high-quality development of regional economy in Heilongjiang.
