摘  要:采用20个随机引物对7个马铃薯品种的基因组DNA经过PCR扩增后进行RAPD检测,通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳进行了分析,得到88条扩增片段,其中具有遗传多态性的谱带有16条,多态性比率为18.18%。通过分析遗传相似系数,构建聚类分析图发现:丽薯6与冀张薯12之间的遗传相似系数最大(0.757),荷14与黑玫瑰之间的相似系数最小(0.480),由此可见7个不同马铃薯品种间具有一定的遗传多态性。In this study,the genomic DNA of 7 potato varieties was amplified by PCR with 20 random primers,and RAPD detection was carried out.88 amplified fragments were obtained by agarose gel electrophoresis,of which 16 were genetic polymorphic,and the polymorphism rate was 18.18%.By analyzing the genetic similarity coefficient and constructing the cluster analysis map,it was found that the genetic similarity coefficient between “Lishu 6” and “Jizhangshu 12” was the largest(0.757),and the similarity coefficient between “He 14” and “Black Rose” was the smallest(0.480),which indicated that there were certain genetic polymorphisms among the seven different potato varieties.
