体部伽玛刀联合化疗姑息治疗癌性上腔静脉综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析癌性上腔静脉综合征疾病患者行体部伽玛刀与化疗姑息联合治疗的可行性和临床效果。方法:选择本院2018年10月~2019年10月的癌性上腔静脉综合征患者86例。经医院伦理委员会批准同意,患者与家属知情同意,予以患者体部伽玛刀联合化疗姑息治疗,比较治疗后不同癌性上腔静脉综合征患者治疗效果以及患者满意度情况。结果:治疗后,不同类型癌性上腔静脉综合征患者近期治疗效果比较,小细胞肺癌总有效率为100.00%、非小细胞肺癌总有效率为91.30%、食管癌纵隔淋巴结转移总有效率为100.00%、恶性淋巴瘤总有效率为100.00%。经统计学计算,无显著性差异,P>0.05。进行患者治疗效果满意度问卷调查,小细胞肺癌、非小细胞肺癌、食管癌纵隔淋巴结转移、恶性淋巴瘤疾病患者满意度接近。经统计学计算,无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论:癌性上腔静脉综合征疾病患者行体部伽玛刀联合化疗姑息治疗近期效果显著,患者耐受性状况良好,是有效的治疗手段,满足患者治疗需求。Objective:To analyze the feasibility and clinical effect of combined treatment of body gamma knife and chemotherapy in patients with cancerous superior vena cava syndrome.Methods:A total of 86 patients with cancerous superior vena cava syndrome in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected.With the approval of the hospital ethics committee and the informed consent of the patient and family members,the patient was given body gamma knife combined with chemotherapy palliative treatment,and the treatment effect and patient satisfaction of patients with different cancerous superior vena cava syndrome were compared after treatment.Results:After treatment,comparison of the short-term treatment effects of patients with different types of cancerous superior vena cava syndrome showed that the total effective rate of small cell lung cancer was 100.00%,the total effective rate of non-small cell lung cancer was 91.30%,and the total effective rate of mediastinal lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer was 100.00%,the total effective rate of malignant lymphoma is 100.00%.After statistical calculation,there is no significant difference P>0.05.A questionnaire survey of patients’satisfaction with treatment results showed that patients with small cell lung cancer,non-small cell lung cancer,esophageal cancer,mediastinal lymph node metastasis,and malignant lymphoma disease were similar in satisfaction.According to statistical calculation,there is no significant difference P>0.05.Conclusion:Patients with cancerous superior vena cava syndrome undergoing body gamma knife+chemotherapy palliative treatment have a significant short-term effect,and the patients are well tolerated.It is an effective treatment method to meet the treatment needs of patients.
