日化行业上市公司财务报表分析---以上海家化为例  

Analysis of Financial Statements of Listed Companies in the Daily Chemical Industry-Taking Shanghai Jahwa as an Example

摘　　要：为研究日化行业的情况,选取了上海家化这一老牌日化公司进行了分析,通过波特五力模型对整个日化行业环境进行了分析,发现现有的尤其是外来日化企业对上海家化构成了一定的竞争威胁,同质化现象和和供应商的讨价还价能力对上海家化的威胁一般但仍需要关注。潜在竞争者进入的能力、购买者的讨价还价能力和替代品的替代能力对于相对成熟的上海家化来说,不会对其造成太大威胁。长期来看,上海家化仍然需保持求实创新,与时俱进。采用改进后的杜邦分析法进行财务分析,通过对净经营资产净利率、税后经营净利率、杠杆贡献率的分析,得出疫情导致上海家化的销售量下跌,但其总体运营情况良好,在成本控制方面仍需加强,此外上海家化还可以适当依靠财务杠杆来提高杠杆贡献率。In order to study the situation of the daily chemical industry,Shanghai Jahwa,an established daily chemical company,was selected for analysis.The whole environment of a daily chemical industry was analyzed through Porter's five forces model,and it was found that existing,especially foreign,daily chemical companies posed a certain competitive threat to Shanghai Jahwa,and the homogenization phenomenon and the bargaining power of suppliers posed a general threat to Shanghai Jahwa but still needed attention.The ability of potential competitors to enter,the bargaining power of buyers and the substitution ability of substitutes do not pose too much of a threat to Shanghai Jahwa,which is relatively mature.In the long run Shanghai Jahwa still needs to remain realistic and innovative to keep up with the times.The improved DuPont analysis is used for financial analysis.Through the analysis of net operating assets margin,net operating margin after tax,and leverage contribution ratio,it is concluded that the epidemic has caused Shanghai Jahwa's sales volume to fall,but its overall operation is good,and it still needs to strengthen its cost control,in addition,Shanghai Jahwa can also rely on financial leverage to improve leverage contribution ratio.
