摘  要:刑法案例课作为一门具有实践价值的课程形式,其以具有代表性的案例为线索,以一般案例教学方法为承接思路,以培养法律相关专业学生为目标。积极推进刑法案例课教学设计与实施,对于延伸课程教学效果、提升师生参与热情、推进专业改革等诸多方面具有重要意义。鉴于此,首先阐释了刑法案例课及相关概念内涵,尔后对刑法案例课研究现状与困境进行分析,最后提出了刑法案例课教学设计与实施路径。Criminal law case course is a course form with practical value,in which the representative cases are taken as clues,the general case teaching method is taken as the connecting idea,and the training of law-related majors is taken as the object.The active promotion of the teaching design and implementation of criminal law case course is of great significance to many aspects such as extending the teaching effect of the course,enhancing the participation enthusiasm of teachers and students,and promoting professional reform.In view of this,the criminal law case course and the connotation of related concepts are explained,then the research status and dilemma of the criminal law case course are analyzed,and finally the teaching design and implementation path of the criminal law case course are put forward.
