摘  要:为解决新疆油田BDW油藏注水开发后期高含水率、低采收率等问题,进行了室内原位乳化体系性能及驱油效果评价。考察了乳液黏度、微观结构、界面张力(IFT)、黏弹性和老化性能,并进行了物理模拟实验,结果表明:含水30%~60%的试样完全乳化,形成W/O型乳液,含水60%的乳液乳化效果最好,黏度为936.48 mPa·s;微观结构显示含水60%的乳液平均粒径为1.961μm;含水60%的乳液界面张力最小,为13.72 mN/m;含水30%~70%的乳液,在0.01~0.1 Hz频率范围内更为突出地表现出弹性特征;乳液老化显示含水60%的乳液稳定性最好,30%次之,70%最差;物理模拟显示出乳化体系显著的调剖和增压作用,利用核磁共振分析仪得到的T谱图反映出原位乳化体系驱及水驱结束后,岩心“大、中、小”孔隙中的原油均得到较大程度动用,对于非均质岩心仍可通过流度控制作用提高微观尺度下的水驱波及体积,从而提高原油采收率。In order to solve the problems of high water cut and low oil recovery in the late stage of water flooding development in the BDW reservoir in Xinjiang oilfield,the performance and oil displacement effect of an indoor in-situ emulsification system were evaluated from the emulsion viscosity,microstructure,interfacial tension(IFT),viscoelasticity,aging,physical simulation experiments.The results are as follows:the samples with water content of 30%-60%are completely emulsified to form W/O emulsion.The emulsion with 60%water content has the best emulsification effect,and the viscosity is 936.48 mPa·s.The average particle size of the emulsion containing 60%water is 1.961μm.The interfacial tension of the emulsion containing 60%water is 13.72 mN/m,which is the lowest.The emulsions containing 30%-70%water exhibit more prominent elastic properties in the frequency range of 0.01-0.1Hz.Emulsion aging test shows that the emulsion containing 60%water has the best stability,followed by 30%and 70%.The physical simulation shows the emulsified system has remarkable profile control and supercharging effect.The Tspectrum obtained by the nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer reflects the in-situ emulsion system before and after water flooding.The crude oil in the“large,medium and small pore”of the core has been utilized to a large extent.For heterogeneous cores,the sweep volume of water flooding at micro scales can still be improved through the mobility control,so as to improve the oil recovery.
