摘　　要：抗肿瘤药物一直以来都是我国新药研发的重点关注领域,从抗肿瘤化合物的角度,采用专利定量方法对2001—2021年二十年来的抗肿瘤化合物中国专利进行分析,对其专利宏观态势、专利技术情况、国内外专利竞争态势等进行了研发阶段的专利导航,以期为相关研究人员在专利技术布局、专利竞争态势、以转移转化为目的以及专利申请时间决策等方面提供专利申请建议。Anti-tumor drugs have always been the focus of new drug research in China.From the perspective of anti-tumor compounds,using the patent quantification method to analyze the Chinese patents of anti-tumor compounds in the past two decades from 2001 to 2021,and the patent macro situation,patent technology situation,and domestic and overseas patent competition situation of the patent navigation in the research stage were carried out,in order to provide patent application suggestions in terms of patent technology layout,patent competition situation,transfer conversion into a target,and patent application time decision-making for the relevant researchers.
