摘　　要：高校要加强基层党组织建设,强化党建引领,把打造过硬党支部作为党的建设的基础工程来抓。党支部在思想建设、组织建设、作用发挥等方面尚存在不足,通过增强政治底色、严格标准规范、实施精准培育、推进中心融合、提高生机活力和树立线上思维等路径,不断探索提升支部建设质量,为学校“双高建设”事业发展提供坚强保障。Colleges and universities should strengthen the construction building of grassroots Party organizations,strengthen the leadership of Party building, and regard the building of excellent Party branches as the basic project of Party building. Party branches still have deficiencies in ideological construction, organizational construction, and role play. The paper continuously explores and improves the quality of branch construction by enhancing the political background, strict standards and norms, implementing precise cultivation, promoting the integration of the center, improving vitality and establishing online thinking, etc., to provide a strong guarantee for the development of the "Double-High construction" of colleges.
