摘　　要：高职院校的百万大扩招既是挑战也是机遇。通过机械工程扩招生的人才培养实践研究表明,扩招生的高质量精准培养应紧扣立德树人的根本原则和宗旨,以服务区域产业经济转型发展为出发点,以复合型高素质技术技能人才为人才培养目标,立足于扩招生的高质量精准培养,坚持对扩招生的分层分类教育,确保人才培养标准不降低,深化教师、教法和教材改革,重构课程教学体系,精准开发多元化的教学资源,不断深化书证融通,持续创新面向扩招生的教育教学新范式,强化扩招生人才培养全程的精细服务、精准管理和精准施教,不断提升专业建设的内涵发展,打造具有竞争力、品牌化的扩招生人才高质量精准培养的新高地。The one million enrollment expansion is both a challenge and an opportunity for higher vocational colleges.Researches have been made on the practice of talents training under the expansion of enrollment in mechanical engineering,the results show that high-quality and precise training should closely follow the fundamental principles and purpose of strengthening students’moral education and talents cultivation.The starting point should be made to serve regional industrial economic transformation and development,and cultivating compound high-quality technical talents should be the talents training target.Based on high-quality and precise training,the training of talents must adhere to hierarchical and classified education,which can ensure the high standard of talents cultivation.Besides,measures should be taken to deepen the reform of teachers,teaching methods and teaching materials,reconstruction of curriculum teaching system,development of multiple teaching resources as well as certificates,and innovation of new education and teaching mode for enrollment expansion.By strengthening the fine service,precise management and precise teaching throughout the entire process of talent training,college education can continuously improve the connotation development of professional construction and construct a new highland for more competitive and branded talents under the enrollment expansion.
