摘　　要：中国对外话语体系是中国作为国家话语主体进行对外文化传播的行为系统,是中国争取国家话语权的外交政策体现。数字化时代的到来,对外话语进入到对外传播的新境界,东北抗联精神的对外传播,即体现出历史的溯源,又是红色血脉的文化传承。International discourse system of China is the behavior system as the subject of national discourse to cultural transmission facing foreign countries,and is the embodiment of china’s diplomatic policy for striving for national discourse power.With the advent of the digital era,the international discourse has entered a new field of international communication.The international communication of the spirits of the Anti-Japanese Union in Northeast China reflects the origin of history,and reflects the cultural interitance of the red blood.The spirit of the Anti-Japanese Union in Northeast China is not only the construction of spiritual civilization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the new times,but also the indispensable spiritual food for the people of the whole world,encouraging them to strive forward,which is the embodiment of the value of times for mankind to realize the Community of Shared Future.
