摘  要:进行自主水下航行器(AUV)壳体优化设计时,传统壳体参数化方法变量少,导致在优化过程中不能充分探索壳体外形的变形空间,不利于求得满足性能要求的最优壳体外形。针对此问题,本文提出一种基于自由变形的AUV壳体优化设计方法。该方法基于B样条方法,建立AUV壳体的FFD参数化模型,可实现AUV壳体外形的自由变形,扩展优化空间;并针对FFD参数化模型易导致的优化设计变量多和计算量大的问题,提出一种全局参数化方法对FFD控制体进行间接变形操纵,在实现自由变形的前提下,大大减少参数化变量个数,提高优化效率。最后,分别使用传统优化设计方法和本文优化设计方法对一型AUV壳体进行优化设计,并对比分析所得的优化结果,验证了该方法的有效性。During the optimization design of AUV shell,there are few shell parameterization variables for the traditional shell parameterization method,which makes it impossible to fully explore the deformation space of the shell shape in the optimization process,and difficult to obtain the optimal shell shape that meets the performance requirements.In view of this problem,an optimization design approach for AUV hull shape based on free-form deformation(FFD)method was proposed in this paper.Firstly,based on the B-spline method,the FFD parametric model of AUV hull shape was established to realize the free-form deformation of hull shape and expand the optimization space.Secondly,aiming at the shortcoming of the FFD parametric model such as the radical increase of optimization design variables and large calculation amount,a global parametric method was proposed to control the deformation of FFD control volume indirectly,which can greatly reduce the number of parametric variables while maintaining the ability of free-form deformation,and to further improve the optimization efficiency.Finally,the traditional optimization design methods and the presented optimization design approach were both used to optimize the shape of the AUV hull,and the optimization results were compared and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
