摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)模式在肛肠科护理临床实践中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院肛肠科专科实习的40名护士作为研究对象,随机将其分为PBL教学组(20例)和传统教学组(20例)。在专科护理教学中,传统教学组采用专业理论讲授结合实践操作的护理教学法;PBL教学组采用以问题为基础的教学模式,实习开始和结束时分别考核实习护士专科基础知识、操作技能和案例分析能力,实习结束时对2种教学方法的教学满意度进行问卷调查。结果实习结束时PBL教学组的实习护士肛肠护理专科基础知识、操作技能和案例分析考试成绩均明显高于传统教学组(P<0.05),PBL教学组对教学的满意度评分明显高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论在肛肠科护理临床教学中,PBL模式比传统教学方法更有效,提高了教学效果,促进了实习护士的学习积极性,有进一步推广的价值。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of problem-based learning(PBL)mode in clinical nursing practice of the Ano-rectal Department.Methods 40 nurses interning in the Department of Anorectal Surgery,Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research subjects,and were randomly di-vided into the PBL teaching group(n=20)and the traditional teaching group(n=20).In nursing teaching practice,the traditional teaching group applied the nursing teaching method of combining professional theory with practical operations,while the PBL teaching group adopted the problem-based teaching method.Assessments of the professional basic knowledge,operation skills and case analy-sis of the student nurses were made at the beginning and at end of the practice.At the end of the practice,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the rate of teaching satisfaction with the two teaching methods.Results At the end of the practice,the scores of the pro-fessional basic knowledge,manipulation skills and case analysis of the student nurses were all significantly better than those of the tra-ditional teaching group(P<0.05).The scores for the rate of satisfaction in the PBL teaching group were obviously higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical teaching of anorectal nursing,the PBL mode is more effective than the traditional teaching method.It could improve teaching effects and promote the learning enthusiasm of student nurses.For this rea-son,it is worth further promotion.
