摘  要:我国经济社会的发展战略经由经济开放结构而决定教育整体性及其范式形态。党在特定历史阶段的发展战略通过自我革命的隐缠序和社会革命的显析序与生成序而全面实现。应试教育和素质教育分别是党的“富起来”和“强起来”发展战略在教育领域基于系统分形的整体性形态,前者映射改革开放时期基于西方技术标准与市场规则的微观经济活动这一开放结构,体现的是以政府为代表的社会宏观主体性,服务于经济外向型耗散秩序;后者映射经济内循环时期基于自主创新的政府规制这一开放结构,体现的将是以人民性法团组织为代表的基于宏观主体性分形的社会微观主体性,服务于经济内向型耗散秩序基础上我国经济社会的世界主体地位和强国身份。The education integrity and its paradigm form has been made by China’s development strategy through the opening structure of China’s economy. The Party’s strategy in the specific historical period has been fully realized by the implicit order of self revolution and the explicit order together with the fractal order of social revolution. The exam-oriented education and the quality education are integrity formations based on systematic fractals separately from "being rich" and "being strong" strategies of the Party. The former strategy has been mapping the opening structure of micro-economic activities based on the western technique standards and market rules during the Period of Reform and Opening-up,presenting the macro subjectivity of the society represented by the government while serving external dissipating order of economy. And the latter has been mapping the opening structure of government rules based on self-innovation,presenting the micro subjectivity of the society represented by people’s organizations while serving China’s subject status and power identity in the world based on internal economic dissipating order.
