摘  要:针对传统电机在换相运行时易产生故障等问题,分析了无刷直流电机的工作原理和运行时存在的转矩波动对调速系统的影响。运用PID控制算法从硬件电路和软件流程两方面设计整个调速系统,采用CCS3.3编译环境运行算法程序,并对小功率电机进行了测试。结果表明系统在速度较高的情况下也能平稳、可靠地运行,达到了较好的调速性能。In view of the problems that traditional motors are prone to failures during commutation operation,the principle of brushless DC motors and the influence of torque fluctuations during operation on the speed control system are analyzed.The PID control algorithm is introduced to improve the speed control system of the motor.The entire speed control system is designed from both the hardware circuit and the software flow.The algorithm program is run in the CCS3.3 compilation environment,and the low-power motor is tested.The results show that the system can run smoothly and reliably even at higher speed,achieving better speed regulation performance.
