摘　　要：目的:系统评价新生儿科护士对实施以家庭为中心护理(FCC)的实践体验及现实困境,为今后更好地实施FCC提供参考。方法:计算机检索the Cochrane Library、Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(WanFang Database)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中有关新生儿科护士实施FCC的质性研究,检索时限均从建库至2021年12月,纳入所有相关质性研究,采用2016版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对纳入文献进行质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合。结果:共纳入10项研究,提炼出35个研究结果,归纳为11个类别,综合形成4个整合结果,分别为新生儿监护室护士对实施FCC的护士承担的压力、复杂情感体验及对患儿家属产生的影响、实施FCC的护士个人因素、阻碍实施FCC的组织因素、改进实施FCC的需要从多方面开展。结论:FCC护理模式的实施,需要护士个人、护理管理者、医院以及社会的多方支持与共同推动;护理管理者应重视护理队伍的人才培养,多途径提升护士的照护能力和综合素质,同时深化护理体制改革,优化资源配置,促进FCC的护理实践。Objective:To systematically evaluate nurses′nursing experience in neonatal intensive care unit in implementing family-centered care(FCC)and provide the evidence for promoting neonatal care.Methods:The qualitative studies in the nurses′nursing experience in neonatal intensive care unit in implementing FCC was retrieved from the websites and databases of the Cochrane Library,Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)evidence-based health care database,PubMed,CINAHL,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,CBM and other databases.The retrieval time was from inception to December 2021.The results were evaluated by using the quality assessment criteria of Australia Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database(2016 edition)and the results were integrated and analyzed.Results:A total of 10 articles were included,including 35 specific research results,and then 11 categories and 4 integrated results were extracted,which were the practice of FCC from various aspects,nurses′personal and external environmental factors affecting the practice of FCC.Conclusion:The implementation of family-centered nursing mode needs the support and promotion of individual nurses,nursing managers,hospitals and society.Nursing managers should pay attention to the training of nursing personnel and improve nurses′nursing competence through multiple ways.At the same time,nursing managers should promote the reform of nursing system and promote the practice of family-centered nursing model.
