乡村振兴战略下农产品电商人才培养路径探究与实践——以黑龙江农业经济职业学院电子商务专业为例

摘　　要：农产品电商作为农村经济发展的驱动力,在推动乡村振兴战略中发挥着重要作用。农产品电商运营人才不足,成为制约农产品电商发展的瓶颈。高职院校作为高素质技术技能型人才培养的主阵地,肩负着乡村振兴人才战略的重任,如何发挥高职院校电子商务专业的优势,完善农产品电商人才培养的路径,成为当前新形势下高职电子商务专业教育改革的重要课题。以黑龙江农业经济职业学院电子商务专业为例,对接黑龙江农产品上行人才需求,创新高职电子商务专业农产品电商人才的培养新模式,精准培养农产品电商人才,促进农产品电子商务的健康发展,全面助力乡村振兴人才战略。As the driving force of rural economic development,agricultural products e-commerce plays an important role in promoting the rural revitalization strategy. The shortage of agricultural products e-commerce operators has become a bottleneck restricting the E-commerce development trend of agricultural products. As the main position for the cultivation of highquality technical and skilled talents,higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of rural revitalization talent strategy. How to give full play to the advantages of e-commerce majors in higher vocational colleges and improve the path of agricultural product e-commerce talents training has become the current new situation. It is an important subject in the education reform of e-commerce major in lower vocational colleges.Take the e-commerce major of Heilongjiang Agricultural Economics Vocational College as an example to meet the demand for talents of agricultural products in Longjiang,innovate a new model for the cultivation of agricultural products e-commerce talents in higher vocational e-commerce majors,precisely train agricultural products e-commerce talents,and promote the healthy development of agricultural products e-commerce,to fully contribute to the rural revitalization talent strategy.
