摘　　要：大学生导师制融合职业核心能力培养可激发受导学生积极性,促进“知行合一”。根据学生成长规律和培养目标,对该项目培养方案进行三阶段设计。选取该项目培养方案中的交流沟通、与人合作、解决问题等能力培养为案例,作实践介绍和效果分析。The tutorial system for college students integrates the cultivation of professional core competence,which can stimulate the enthusiasm of guidance and promote the“unity of knowledge and practice”. According to the growth law and cultivation objectives of students,the cultivation scheme of the project is designed in three stages. Select the cultivation of communication ability,cooperation ability and problem-solving ability in the cultivation scheme of the project as a case to introduce the practice and analyze the effect.
