摘 要:针对海上浮式生产储卸油平台(FPSO)内转塔吊装作业的需求,本研究基于Vortex多体动力学仿真引擎构建了实时视景仿真系统,通过建立吊装作业的海域环境、海洋工程装备物理模型,开展了内转塔下塔体吊装作业实时视景仿真研究,实现了碰撞干涉检测、下塔体吊装运动模拟和测试工况预演和评估,为吊装工程作业方案的可行性提供了可视化依据。A real-time visual simulation system was constructed for the lifting operation of the internal turret of offshore floating production storage and offloading units(FPSO),based on the multi-body dynamics simulation engine of Vortex.The physical model of the marine environment and engineering equipment was established,and a real-time visual simulation of the lower turret body lifting operation was conducted.The collision interference detection and the motion simulation during the operation were realized,along with the prediction and evaluation of the test conditions,which provides a visual basis for the feasibility of the lifting operation scheme.
