正畸联合口腔种植治疗牙列缺损的美容效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨正畸联合口腔种植治疗牙列缺损的美容效果。方法 选取2016年4月至2018年4月本院收治的78例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组行单纯口腔种植治疗,观察组行正畸联合口腔种植治疗,比较两组临床疗效、美容效果、牙齿功能评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的74.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙齿排列整齐、咬合舒适、前牙覆盖与覆牙合良好、邻接关系良好比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咀嚼功能、发音功能、美观功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 正畸联合口腔种植治疗牙列缺损效果显著,可有效改善患者牙齿功能,美容效果较好,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the cosmetic effect of orthodontics combined with oral implantology in the treatment of dentition defects.Methods 78 patients with dentition defects who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group underwent oral implantology,while observation group additionally underwent orthodontics,the clinical efficacy,cosmetic effect,dental function score and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than 74.36% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of neatly arranged teeth,comfortable occlusion,good anterior tooth coverage and overbite,and good adjoining relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of masticatory function,pronunciation function and aesthetic function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.13%,which was lower than 23.08% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics combined with oral implants has significant effect in the treatment of dentition defects,can effectively improve the patient’s dental function,has good cosmetic effect,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
