摘  要:本文主要是对不添加抗结剂的井矿盐用320g氧化膜、镀铝膜、铝箔膜三种不同包装材质的立袋密封后进行食用盐产品抗结块情况的实验。通过观察样品结块情况,从而找出哪种包材包装的产品结块情况最少,为今后公司选择包材提供科学依据。实验发现,对于用这三种材质包装的产品,镀铝膜包装的样品结块速度最慢,产品抗结块能力最强,对产品质量有积极影响。In this paper, the anti-caking experiment of edible salt products was carried out after the well salt without anti-caking agent was sealed with three vertical bags made of 320g oxide film, aluminized film and aluminum foil film. By observing the caking situation of the samples, we can find out which packaging material has the least caking situation, and provide scientific basis for the company to choose packaging materials in the future. It is found that for the products packaged with these three materials, the samples packaged with aluminum film have the slowest caking speed and the strongest anti-caking ability, which has a positive impact on the product quality.
