摘　　要：近年来,中国盐行业在实施“盐改”的过程中,出现诸多新的发展动态,作出了许多有益的探索:深化改革和强化主责已成行业共识;聚焦高质量发展目标,数字化、网格化为产品及营销全方位赋能;供应链、产业链推进平台整合与强链补链;“双碳”战略激发业态变革和行业价值创新。从新时代实施“盐改”的视角回看120年前张謇首倡的盐政改革可知,他以富有远见的智慧尝试开辟一条古老盐业的革新之路,虽然未能成功,但给我们后世盐业人留下了深刻的启迪。In recent years,the Chinese salt industry has seen many new developments and useful explorations in the process of implementing the Salt Reform.Deepening reform and strengthening the main responsibility has become consensus in this industry.Focusing on the goal of high-quality development,digitalisation and gridding have empowered the products and marketing in all aspects.The supply chain and industrial chain have promoted platform integration and chain strengthening.And the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”strategy has also stimulated the transformation of business forms and value innovation of the industry.Looking back to the salt reform initiated by Zhang Jian 120 years ago,from the perspective of implementing the salt reform in the new era,it can be seen that he tried to open up a road of innovation in the ancient salt industry with his far-sighted wisdom.Though unsuccessful,it profoundly inspired the future generations of salt industry practitioners.
