摘  要:基于整合视角,运用创造力交互模型、社会认知理论和角色认同理论构建了被调节的多重中介模型。结果表明:领导授权赋能有利于提高新生代员工创造力,资源获取、创新角色认同、信息获取在领导授权赋能和新生代员工创造力之间起中介作用。领导授权赋能对资源获取、信息获取的直接作用,以及通过资源获取、信息获取对新生代员工创造力的间接作用,均受到创新角色认同的增强型调节。Based on an integrated perspective,a regulated multiple mediation model is constructed using the interactionist model of creative behavior,social cognition theory and role identification theory. The research results show that:leadership empowerment is beneficial to the improvement of the creativity of the new generation of employees. Access to resources,creative role identity,and access to information play an mediating role between the leadership empowerment and the new generation of employees’ creativity. The direct effect of access to information,as well as the indirect effect of access to resources and access to information on the creativity of the new generation of employees,are all regulated by the enhanced recognition of creative role identity. The research conclusion reminds managers to attach importance to empowerment and provide organizational support for the creativity of the new generation of employees.
