摘　　要：通过对扎根理论的基本原则和操作程序的分析,我们可以看出扎根理论作为一套原则和实践,在发现理论、建构理论方面具有卓越的表现,但是在理论创新方面却又表现出一定的不足。扎根理论方法力图弥合理论和经验之间的鸿沟,能够超越量化研究在人文社会研究领域的局限。通过论证与分析,我们可以发现扎根理论虽然一定程度上实现了经验与理论的统一,从经验出发来提升理论,但是却忽视了理论的传承性与理论思考自身的能力。人文社会领域的研究方法需要科学与艺术、想象与方法、实证与人文之间的统一,而非非此即彼、或者或此或彼。这种在科学探索和艺术想象的统一之中建立因果关联、寻求理论创新,正是人文社会领域理论创新的真谛所在。Through the analysis of the basic principles and operating procedures of grounded theory,we can see that grounded theory,as a set of principles and practices,has excellent performance in discovering and constructing theory,but it has certain shortcomings in theoretical innovation. Grounded theory approaches seek to bridge the gap between theory and experience,and can transcend the limitations of quantitative research in the fields of humanities and social studies. Through demonstration and analysis,we can find that grounded theory achieves the unity of experience and theory to a certain extent,and improves theory from experience,but it ignores the inheritance of theory and the ability to think about itself. Research methods in the humanities and social fields require a unity between science and art,imagination and method,evidence and the humanities,not one or the other. The establishment of causal relationships and the pursuit of theoretical innovation in the unity of scientific exploration and artistic imagination is the essence of theoretical innovation in the humanities and social fields.
