摘  要:目的:研究基于“学习通”网络平台过程性评价在医学免疫学理论教学中的应用。方法:构建和实施基于“学习通”网络平台的过程性评价体系来评价医学免疫学理论教学的效果。结果:基于“学习通”网络平台过程性评价的《医学免疫学》线上、线下混合教学的学生期末理论考核成绩显著高于传统教学的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001),通过基于“学习通”网络平台过程性评价的《医学免疫学》线上、线下混合教学不仅可以培养学生的自主学习、激发学生的学习兴趣并调动学习的积极性,还可以培养和提高学生对问题的分析、批判性思维和终身学习等能力。结论:基于“学习通”网络平台的过程性评价是一种很好的评价形式。Objective:To study the application of process evaluation based on the"Learning through"network platform in the teaching of medical immunology theory.Methods:By constructing and implementing a process evaluation system based on the"Learning through"network platform to evaluate the effect of medical immunology theory teaching.Results:The student’s final theoretical assessment scores were significantly higher than those with traditional teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001),and it could promote students’autonomous learning,stimulate students’interest in learning,and mobilize learning enthusiasm,cultivate and improve the ability of problem analysis,critical thinking and lifelong learning.Conclusion:The process evaluation based on the"Learning through"network platform is a good form of evaluation.
