摘  要:针对45钢厚板火切后端部开裂现象,通过对送检的开裂试样进行一系列的分析检测,得出了45钢厚板端部开裂的裂纹为应力裂纹,主要是由试样组织晶粒粗大引起的板材塑性差导致的,且火切质量不佳(火切面不平整)也是裂纹产生的主要诱因,同时通过试验明确了组织晶粒粗大的原因,并针对性地提出改进措施。In view of the cracking phenomenon of the rear end of flame cutting of 45 steel plate, through a series of analysis and detection of the cracked samples submitted for inspection, it is found that the crack at the end of 45 steel steel plate is a stress crack, which is mainly caused by the poor plasticity of the plate caused by the coarse grain of the sample structure, and the poor quality of flame cutting(uneven flame cutting surface) is also the main inducement of the crack. The reason of coarse grain size is found out and the improvement measures are put forward.
