标准的中西方伦理基础差异辨析

摘　　要：标准在人类发展史上始终发挥着重要的社会功能,对经济社会的作用更加凸显。不同国家和区域的发展历史,演绎了有差异的标准运行机制。在经济全球化大背景下,标准的竞争、协作需求大量存在。本文从标准基本社会功能的辨析出发,挖掘中西方历史发展背景和意识文化差异,梳理伴随着历史文化发展的标准演绎轨迹,建立标准穿越中西伦理差异的基本架构,为标准国际化和粤港澳大湾区标准运行体制机制的建立提供理论参考。Standards play an important role in the history of human society,which is even more important in economy.There are different standards mechanisms formed in different countries or regions in their histories.In the process of economic globalization,the competitions and negotiations of standards are inevitable.This paper analyzes the function and position of standards in the human history,differentiates the ethics of the East and the West from the historical development,shows the routes of standards’births and growths,and constructs an frame of standards connected model linking the East and the West.This paper provides a theoretical reference for the standards internationalization and the standardization model in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-macao Bay area.
