摘　　要：当前房屋安全管理已成为防止重特大事故发生的重要组成部分,传统管理手段主要采取人员逐户排查、台账管理、二维矢量管理。随着无人机飞速发展,采用倾斜摄影技术,利用实景三维的可视性、现势性,可节约房屋安全管理的成本,提高管理效率。以江苏响水县城为例,介绍实景三维模型的建设以及实景三维模型在房屋安全管理中的应用。At present,house safety management has become an important part of preventing major accidents.The traditional management methods mainly adopt personnel-by-house inspection,ledger management,and two-dimensional vector management.With the rapid development of drones,the use of oblique photography technology and the three-dimensional visibility and current situation of the real scene can save the cost of housing safety management and improve management efficiency.Taking Xiangshui County,Jiangsu Province as an example,this article introduces the construction of the 3D model of the real scene and the application of the 3D model of the real scene in the housing safety management.
