摘　　要：目的:以食管癌患者为研究对象,分析腔内微波热疗合并体外放疗对食管癌患者生存率改善的影响。方法:选取收治的760例被病理学确诊的食管癌患者,根据住院尾号的单数、双数进行分组,对照组(n=380)采用体外放疗治疗,观察组(n=380)采用腔内微波热疗合并体外放疗治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组有效率(46.05%)低于观察组有效率(79.21%),差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组1年存活率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对食管癌患者采用腔内微波热疗合并体外放疗,可获得更加满意的治疗效果,对延长其生存率有一定帮助,安全性良好。Objective To explore the effect of intracavitary microwave hyperthermia combined with external radiotherapy on the survival rate of esophageal cancer patients.Method 760 patients with esophageal cancer confirmed by pathology were selected. The patients were divided into two groups according to the odd number and even number of the tail numbers. The control group(n=380) was treated with external radiotherapy, and the observation group(n=380) was treated with intracavitary microwave hyperthermia combined with external radiotherapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the control group was 46.05%, which was lower than that of the observation group(79.21%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The 1-year survival rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Microwave hyperthermia combined with extracorporeal radiotherapy for esophageal cancer patients can obtain more satisfactory therapeutic effect, which is helpful to prolong the survival rate, and has good safety.
