摘 要:将教育作为一项共同利益来看待,是联合国教科文组织对全球教育理念革新的倡导。通过对共同利益的内涵辨析,阐释中国高等教育可以作为共同利益的内在缘由,进而在共同利益的视域下,对中国高等教育的发展理念与实践进行剖析:在发展理念上,人类命运共同体理念与人文主义理念是其主体;在发展实践上,中国高等教育致力于保障教育公平、鼓励民办高等教育发展、推进高等教育国际化。以共同利益的理念为指引,构建适合中国国情的高等教育发展道路,需要政府在坚持公平性原则、激发市场活力与推进国际化进程等方面发挥更大作用。Viewing education as a common good is UNESCO’s initiative for a global education revolution. Through analyzing the connotation of the common good, explaining why China’s higher education can serve as the common good, and then under the view of the concept of the common good, dissect the development concept and practice of China’s higher education: in terms of development concept, human community with a shared future and humanism are its main body;In terms of development practice, China’s higher education is committed to ensuring educational equity, encouraging the development of private higher education and promoting the internationalization of higher education. Under the guidance of the concept of the common good, the government needs to play a greater role in upholding the principle of equity, stimulating the market vitality and promoting the process of internationalization to construct the development path of higher education suitable for China’s national conditions.
