摘 要:学生学习质量评价是应用技术型高校转型与发展过程中的关键工作之一,是应用技术型高校人才培养质量的保障。通过文献综述、专家访谈、德尔菲问卷调查等方法,建立了以“知识、能力、素养”为一级指标以及12个二级指标与33个三级指标的应用技术型高校学生学习质量评价指标体系。基于突变级数法,构建了应用技术型高校学生学习质量评价的突变模型,并应用该模型进行了实证研究。结果表明,将突变级数法应用于学生学习质量评价中是合理可行的,不但能为学生的学习质量评价提供一种更为客观和准确的方法,而且有助于针对性地制定各种决策以切实有效地提高学生学习质量。The evaluation of students’ learning quality is one of the key tasks in the process of the transformation and development of the application-technology-oriented colleges and universities, and it is also the guarantee of the quality of talents cultivation in the application-technology-oriented colleges. By means of literature review, expert interview and Delphi questionnaire survey, an evaluation index system of students’ learning quality in applied technology colleges and universities is established, which takes “knowledge, ability and accomplishment” as the first-level index, 12 second-level indexes and 33 third-level indexes. Based on the catastrophe progression method, a catastrophe model is constructed to evaluate the learning quality of students in application-technology-oriented colleges and universities and applies the model to carry out empirical research. The results show that it is reasonable and feasible to apply the catastrophe progression method to students’ learning quality evaluation, which can not only provide a more objective and accurate method for the evaluation of students’ learning quality, but also help to make various targeted decisions to improve students’ learning quality effectively.
