摘　　要：在协商共治理念指导下,进行专业学位研究生教育实践基地建设是加快推进新时代专业学位研究生教育高质量发展的必然抉择。目前,从目标价值层面来看,校企合作缺乏紧密合作的根基;从发展动力层面来看,诱因浅薄造成共建共治共享意愿不足;从融合发展层面来看,资源融合发展的多元向度有限是专业学位研究生教育实践基地建设面临的现实困境。对此,基于协商共治理论,建立互利共赢的产教融合发展目标、激发多元利益主体协商共治动力、加强信息交流与资源融合,以真正发挥专业学位研究生教育实践基地提升专业学位研究生实践能力的载体功能。Under the guidance of the concept of consultation and co-governance, the construction of professional postgraduate education practice base is an inevitable choice to accelerate the high-quality development of professional postgraduate education in the new era. At present, from the perspective of target value, school-enterprise cooperation lacks the foundation of close cooperation. From the perspective of driving force of development, shallow incentives result in insufficient willingness of joint construction and governance. From the perspective of integrated development, the limited multiple dimensions of resources integrated development is a realistic dilemma faced by the construction of professional postgraduate education practice base. Therefore, based on the theory of consultation and co-governance, we should establish a win-win development goal of industry-education integration, stimulate the co-governance power of multi-stakeholder, and strengthen information exchange and resource integration, so as to give full play to the carrier function of professional degree postgraduate education practice base to improve the practical ability of professional degree postgraduate.
