摘  要:高质量的教学是独立学院生存与发展的前提和基础。在借鉴顾客满意度理论基础上,构建独立学院教学质量及影响因素分析框架,对江苏省11所独立学院的697份教师问卷和6724份学生问卷进行调查分析。结果显示:独立学院教师对本专业教学质量的总体评价显著高于学生,教师专业素养与教学奖励机制、学生参与课程积极性、学生就业前景、实习机会等是师生评价对教学质量影响较大但实际满意度却不高的项目。建议树立“以学生为中心”理念,不断提高教学水平;提升教师专业素养和实践能力,完善教学奖励机制;优化课程设置,为学生发展增权赋能;提高就业质量,提升学生满意度。High-quality teaching is the premise and foundation for the survival and development of independent colleges.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction, this paper constructs an analysis framework of teaching quality and influencing factors of independent colleges, and conducts investigation and analysis on 697 teacher questionnaires and 6724 student questionnaires from 11 independent colleges in Jiangsu Province.The results show that: the overall evaluation of teachers in independent colleges on the teaching quality of this major is significantly higher than that of students. Teachers’ professional quality and teaching reward mechanism, students’ enthusiasm for participating in courses, students’ employment prospects, internship opportunities, etc. Items with low satisfaction.It is recommended to establish the concept of “student-centered”and continuously improve the teaching level;improve the professional quality and practical ability of teachers, improve the teaching reward mechanism;optimize the curriculum setting to empower students’ development;improve the quality of employment and improve student satisfaction.
