摘　　要：目的探讨不同分子亚型乳腺癌自动乳腺超声成像系统(ABUS)声像图特征。方法选于医院乳腺外科住院行手术切除或粗针穿刺、病理证实为乳腺癌的患者138例、154个癌灶进行回顾性研究,分析乳腺病灶的ABUS超声特征与乳腺癌分子亚型的关系。结果154个乳腺癌病灶中,边缘不光整及ABUS冠状面汇聚征在不同分子亚型中的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Luminal A型(65.0%)较Luminal B型、三阴性及HER2过表达型(50.9%、38.9%、30.4%)更易出现汇聚征。结论乳腺癌ABUS冠状面汇聚征与Luminal A型、Luminal B型有关。Objective To investigate the automated breast ultrasound imaging system(ABUS)features in different molecular subtypes of breast cancer.Methods 154 breast cancer lesions were collected from 138 patients who underwent surgical resection or needle biopsy confirmed by pathology.The ultrasound characteristics of ABUS in different molecular subtypes of breast cancer were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in non-circumscribed margin and retraction phenomenon among different subtypes of breast cancer(P<0.05).Retraction phenomenon occurred more frequently in Luminal A(65.0%)than Luminal B,triple negative and HER 2 enriched(50.9%,38.9%and 30.4%,respectively).Conclusion ABUS coronal imaging features are correlated with Luminal A subtype and B subtype of breast cancer.
