摘  要:建立了两自由度含间隙弹簧振动过滤离心机的动力学模型。分析了间隙弹簧特性对其主振体幅频的影响,其次用变步长四阶Runge-Kutta法,对系统参数进行仿真,借助分岔图、相轨迹图和Poincaré映射图对振动过滤离心机系统进行分析,发现了在不同系统参数下系统分岔形式以及运动状态具有多样性。研究其分岔与混沌等动力学特性,可以预测系统在不同参数下的运动状态,为振动过滤离心机的参数优化设计提供一定理论依据。In this paper,a dynamic model of a two-degree-of-freedom vibratory filtering centrifuge with clearance spring is established;and influence of the characteristics of clearance spring on the amplitude and frequency of the main oscillator is analyzed. Then,the system parameters are simulated with the variable step size fourth-order Runge-Kutta method;the vibratory filtering centrifuge system is analyzed with the help of bifurcation diagram,phase trajectory diagram and Poincare mapping diagram. It is found that the bifurcation forms and motion states are diverse under different system parameters. The dynamical characteristics of bifurcation and chaos are studied,thus the motion states of the system under different parameters can be predicted,which provide a theoretical basis for parameter optimization design of vibratory filtering centrifuge.
