摘  要:针对风嘴部件的人工焊接效率低、焊接质量无法保证、工人劳动强度大的问题,设计了一条对风嘴部件进行自动化焊接焊接生产线,整个生产线由风嘴外框焊接工位,风嘴导流腔和盖板焊接工位、风嘴挡板和固定焊接工位、搬运机器人工位、焊接机器人工位、料架放置区、成品区等部分组成。重点分析了自动化焊接线主要工位的结构特点和工作原理,通过2台工业机器人配合地轨可完成多工位的上下料和焊接工作,并且采用PLC作为主控制器,对整个生产线进行自动化控制,可以实现自动化生产。最后通过生产实践证明,整条风嘴部件自动化焊接生产线生产成本低、生产稳定高效、调试运行方便且维护快速简单,具有较强的实际应用和推广价值。Aiming at the problems of low manual welding efficiency,uncertain welding quality and high labor intensity of workers,an automatic welding line is designed for automatic welding of wind fairing components.The whole production line consists of wind fairing outer frame welding station,wind fairing guide chamber and cover plate welding station,wind fairing baffle and fixed welding station,handling robot station,welding robot station,rack placement area,finished product area,etc.This paper focuses on the structural characteristics and working principle of the main stations of the automatic welding line.Through the cooperation of two industrial robots with the ground rail,the loading,unloading and welding of multiple stations can be completed;and PLC is used as the main controller to automatically control the whole production line,which can realize automatic production.Finally,the production practice shows that the whole automatic welding production line of air nozzle components has the advantages of low production cost,stable and efficient production,convenient debugging and operation,fast and simple maintenance,and has strong practical application and promotion value.
