摘  要:蓝宝石、陶瓷等硬脆材料的圆棒的外圆加工工艺不同于传统的机械加工,其高硬度的特性只能依靠金刚石磨料进行磨削加工,圆度和圆柱度及表面存在质量问题,为了保证在抛光外圆过程中的圆度和圆柱度,结合试验分析,对外圆加工工艺进行优化,粗加工采用无心外圆磨,结合树脂结合剂金刚石磨具;细加工和精加工采用刚性上下研磨盘并结合不同粒度金刚石微分悬浮液进行加工,通过设计治具进行试验发现,加工过程可实现稳定的圆周运动,其表面粗糙度达到Rz0.1,同时圆棒圆度、圆柱度可达3μm以内,对超硬材料加工的发展有较好的促进意义。The cylindrical processing technology of hard brittle materials such as Sapphire and ceramics is different from the traditional mechanical processing;its characteristics of high hardness can only be grinded by diamond abrasive,and there are problems of roundness,cylindricity and surface quality.In order to ensure the cylindrical roundness and cylindricity in the process of polishing the outer circle,the processing technology for outer circle is optimized by combining with experimental analysis,and the rough machining adopts centerless cylindrical grinding;combined with the resin binder diamond grinding tools,the fine machining and finishing machining uses rigid upper and lower grinding disc combined with different particle size diamond differential suspension processing.Through design of the fixture,stable circular motion can be achieved during the machining process so as to ensure the surface roughness of Rz0.1,while the roundness and cylindricity of the rod can reach3μm or less.It is significant to promote the development of superhard material processing.
