摘  要:碳纳米管复合材料因其高强重比、易加工、寿命长等特点在运动器材方面得到了广泛的应用。以曲棍球棒运动为例,采用压缩成型工艺制备曲棍球棒,研究了碳纤维(CF)和玻璃纤维(GF)比例对曲棍球棒机械强度的影响以及碳纳米管的添加对曲棍球棒性能的加强作用。结果表明,随着碳纤维质量分数的增加,曲棍球杆样品的强度增加,在碳纤维与玻璃纤维质量比为4∶1时达到最大为342 MPa。随着碳纳米管的加入,材料的抗弯强度从342 MPa提高到372 MPa。另外,加入CNTs后,样品沿纵向方向纤维层之间存在分层现象,样品结构更加致密,不易发生断裂。Carbon nanotube composites have been widely used in sports equipment due to their high strength-to-weight ratio,easy machining and long service life.In this paper,taking hockey stick as an example,hockey stick was prepared by compression molding process,and the effect of carbon fiber(CF)and glass fiber(GF)ratio on the mechanical strength of hockey stick was studied,as well as the enhancement effect of carbon nanotubes on the performance of hockey stick.The results showed that with the increase of carbon fiber mass fraction,the strength of the hockey stick sample increased and reached the maximum 342 MPa when the carbon fiber to glass fiber mass ratio was 4:1.With the addition of carbon nanotubes,the bending strength of the material increases from 342 MPa to 372 MPa.In addition,after the addition of CNTs,there was stratification between the fiber layers along the longitudinal direction of the sample,and the sample structure was more dense and not easy to fracture.
