从脾论治腹泻型肠易激综合征浅析

摘　　要：中医学认为腹泻型肠易激综合征属于“腹痛”“泄泻”范畴,目前研究认为此病主要病机为肝郁脾虚,治法以疏肝为本。但此研究认为此病与脾密切相关,过思伤脾导致脾功能失调是此病发病的关键,对其论治应着重恢复脾功能,以益气健脾、行气化湿为主。同时现代研究认为肠道菌群是中医脾主运化的生物学物质基础,而此病发病与肠道菌群密切相关,故通过恢复脾功能,调节肠道菌群稳态而干预此疾病,是从脾论治腹泻型肠易激综合征的科学理论依据。应对其进行相应试验研究,进一步揭示脾主运化功能的现代科学内涵。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome belongs to the category of abdominal pain and diarrhea.Most studies suggest that liver-depression and spleen-deficiency the major pathogenesis of this disease,the main therapy is soothing the liver.But the research believes that the disease is clear connection with spleen.Splenic dysfunction because of overstoring is the most important factor in the pathogenesis of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome.The treatment would be focuses on restores spleen function of transports,such as tonifying qi and spleen,promoting qi and dissipating dampness.From the view point of modern study,intestinal flora is the biological physical basis of spleen function of governing transportation and transformation.The incidence of this disease is closely related to intestinal flora.The therapies of regulate the intestinal flora by restoring spleen function is the scientific basis of regulating spleen to cure the disease.The research should further reveal the scientific intension of spleen function of governing transportation and transformation according to relevant Experimental studies.
