摘　　要：目的建立左西孟旦的药物利用评价(DUE)标准,评价其临床应用的合理性。方法以左西孟旦说明书为基础,参考相关指南,建立左西孟旦DUE标准,采用加权TOPSIS法对2020年3月—2021年2月阜阳市人民医院308例使用左西孟旦患者的归档病历进行评价。结果左西孟旦用药完全符合评价标准的有30例(9.7%),不合理应用常见于药物相互作用(51.9%)、用法用量(41.9%)、辅助检查及实验室检查(35.7%)、适应证(30.5%)、用药疗程(17.2%)和禁忌证(14.6%)。通过加权TOPSIS法,判为合理用药39例(12.7%),基本合理用药219例(71.1%),不合理用药50例(16.2%)。结论该院应用左西孟旦基本合理,但仍存在药物相互作用、用法用量不合理等方面问题。AIM To establish the drug use evaluation(DUE)standard of levosimendan,and evaluate the rationality of clinical use.METHODS Based on the levosimendan injection drug label,related guidelines,levosimendan DUE was established.Three hundred and eight cases of levosimendan archived medical records from March 2020 to February 2021in Fuyang People’s Hospital were analyzed and evaluated by the weighted TOPSIS method.RESULTS There were 30cases(9.7%)that fully meets levosimendan evaluation criteria.The irrational use of drug was mainly in drug interactions(51.9%),usage and dosage(41.9%),auxiliary examination laboratory examination(35.7%),indications(30.5%),course of treatment(17.2%)and contraindications(14.6%).There were 39 cases(12.7%)with reasonable medical record,219 cases(71.1%)with basically reasonable medical record,and 50 cases(16.2%)with unreasonable medical record by the weighted TOPSIS method.CONCLUSION The application of levosimendan for patients in the hospital is basically reasonable.However,there are still some problems,mainly in terms of drug interactions and unreasonable usage and dosage.
