摘 要:当前沙漠化问题严重,治沙工程机械化、自动化程度低,对此提出一种散放稻草草方格铺设机器人,对其进行机构设计。介绍了这一机器人的总体结构,论述了草方格铺设工作原理,并具体分析了稻草分离打散机构、输送机构、压草机构、步行机构。这一散放稻草草方格铺设机器人能够处理散放的稻草原料,具有体积小、实用性强、草方格铺设效率高、适应沙漠行走的特点。At present, the issue of desertification is serious, and the degree of mechanization and automation of sand control project is low.In this regard, a robot for laying of scattered straw square was proposed, and its mechanism was designed.The overall structure of the robot was introduced, the working principle for the laying of the straw square was discussed, and the straw separation and breaking mechanism, the conveying mechanism, the straw pressing mechanism and the walking mechanism were analyzed in detail.This robot for laying of scattered straw square can handle scattered straw raw material, and has the characteristics of small size, strong practicability, high laying efficiency of straw square, and adaptability to desert walking.
